Yiorgos is the founder of the Firm.

He has been fundamental in widening Firm’s practice areas and establishing its’ high quality legal services profile. He has served as Special advisor to the minister of Infrastructure, Transport and Networks, Chief of Stuff to the Minister of Citizen Protection and the Minister of Health.

His deep understanding of the Law and his experience in handling transactions and deals of critical importance and encompassing disputes in favor of the Firm’s clients make him the Firm’s most valuable asset.

He also holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in Civil Procedural Law from Democritus University of Thrace.

Panayiotis StamadianosMANAGING PARTNER OF THE FIRM

He has extensive litigation experience and specializes in the field of civil law, having represented leaders in finance, insurance and accommodation industries. He, also, has advised the Firm’s clients involved in the energy sector securing their interests on complex domestic and cross-border transactions.

He also holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in International Energy Law from Democritus University of Thrace.

Dr. Aggeliki ZisiouCOMMERCIAL AND ENERGY LAW

Dr. Angeliki Zisiou has over 10 years’ experience in practicing law as a Court of Appeal Attorney. Her focus areas are banking, commercial, civil and real estate law.

She holds an LL.B. from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and a Master’s in European Studies from the Law Faculty of Democritus University of Thrace, as well as an LL.M. on International and European Energy law from Democritus University of Thrace.

Currently, being academically active, she is a Postdoctoral Researcher and Part-time Assistant Lecturer at the Faculty of Law of Democritus University of Thrace, Greece.

Her research interests are in the area of European Energy Law, member-state harmonization, consumer rights and emerging technologies and megatrends that are expected to revolutionize the energy sector, including decarbonization, digitalization, smart metering, AI and blockchain technology.

Dr. iur. Virginia PerakiASSISTANT PROFESSOR OF PRIVATE LAW - OF COUNSEL

Dr. iur. Virginia A. Peraki is Assistant Professor of Private Law at the Law School of Democritus University of Thrace (initially appointed as Lecturer in 2014). She completed her undergraduate studies at the Law School of National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She obtained her LL.M. (summa cum laude) and PhD (summa cum laude) at the Law School of University of Tubingen (Germany) under the supervision of Professor Dr. iur. Dres h.c. Harm Peter Westermann. Her PhD thesis concerned the recourse in the chain of suppliers in German and Greek sales law and was published by Nomos Publishing (Baden – Baden, Germany) in 2009.

She has published many scientific articles and papers in Greek and German and has written three books, including: the statute of limitations after the filing of a lawsuit (in Greek – Nomiki Vivliothiki 2021) extramarital cohabitation: free or by agreement (in Greek – A.N. Sakkoulas 2010).

Virginia Peraki is member of the Athens Bar Association since 2004. She has acted as consultant to plenty of private law and public law entities, such as companies, universities, ministries etc. She has been member of the supervisory board of Greek national authority for medically assisted reproduction since 2021.

Alexandros ArvanitisDISPUTE RESOLUTION

Alexandros is specialized in dispute resolution. His focus lies in the areas of civil liability claims and breach of contract disputes, having, also represented the Firm’s clients in structured financial transactions.

His excellent knowledge of civil procedural law and experience on enforcement proceedings guarantees satisfying the Firm’s clients’ claims.

Mina KaraliDISPUTE RESOLUTION AND CORPORATE LAW

Mina practices corporate and commercial law. Her practice mainly consists of acting for corporate clients on complex projects and legal due diligence reviews, as well as dealing with day-to-day issues.

She also has experience in civil and corporate litigation, having successfully represented banks and claims management companies in disputes arising from these projects.

Finally, he has dealt with numerous inheritance law cases and has successfully litigated a wide range of civil disputes.

She also holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Law and Economics from University of Piraeus.

Georgios LiakopoulosINSOLVENCY, RESTRUCTURING & BANKRUPTCY LAW AND REAL ESTATE LAW

Georgios specializes in the field of corporate, insolvency, restructuring and bankruptcy law and real estate law.

He mainly consults business and also advises creditors and potential investors on all issues related to their participation in restructuring schemes.

He is very experienced in the field of enforcement proceedings and he provides legal advice in the field of regulations breaches.

Ksenofon KarakalosREAL ESTATE LAW

Ksenofon specializes in real estate. With a deep understanding of the complexities of real estate law and a proven track record of success whether negotiating contracts, litigating disputes, or navigating complex regulatory frameworks, he is committed to providing the highest level of service and advocacy to the Firm’s clients.

Anastasia KoltsakliPUBLIC PROCUREMENT

Anastasia is an experienced lawyer in public procurement, she brings a wealth of expertise in navigating the complex legal landscape surrounding government contracting.

With a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of procurement regulations and procedures, she has successfully represented clients in bid protests, contract negotiations, and compliance matters.

She also has extensive experience in civil and banking law and has successfully represented in court companies and individuals.

Eleni ArgyriPARALEGAL MANAGER OF THE FIRM

Eleni is the paralegal manager of the Firm. She works closely with clients and coordinates the other members of the legal team, securing that all cases and projects proceed smoothly. Her legal background guarantees that any issue can be handled effectively.

Andreas PortelanosTRAINEE

Andreas is a trainee at the Firm. He works along with the rest of the lawyers, gaining significant experience. He has already taken part in legal teams that handled successfully demanding litigation cases.

Christina GiannouEXECUTIVE/LEGAL ASSISTANT OF THE FIRM

Foteini Souleimani DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Foteini is an Attorney at Law, member of the Athens Bar Association, qualified to practice before the Supreme Court of Greece. She has graduated from the Law School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, holding a Master’s Degree in Civil law with honours, from the same university.

She has a broad range of experience in handling cases related to civil law, commercial law, banking law, as well as cases related to enforcement law, both in litigation and advisory capacity.

Her analytical and out-of-the-box thinking, provides her the ability to resolve the most complicated legal issues.
